Installation Guide:- Toe Pedal Quick-Shifter

Detailed fitting instructions are supplied with all products and are available on request via e-mail, fax or post.
Toe Pedal Sensor:-

The sensor fits onto the gear lever replacing the original toe pedal. The direction of the gearshift pattern can be switched in seconds by rotating the sensor through 180 degrees.

The sensor has a single black wire which connects to the control box. A 6mm threaded hole is used to bolt the sensor to the lever.

After drilling a 6mm hole and counter boring, the countersink screw cant be seen. The wire can then be tie wrapped or bonded to the back of the lever arm.

Sensitivity adjustment is made using a 1.5mm allen key(supplied).
Clockwise = increase sensitivity.

Spot the wire! On a good installation the sensor wire can be hard to find.

Control Box:-

Control Box: Red LED simulates ignition cut.

Mounts to flat surfaces using Velcro pads.

Having few wires not only keeps it simple but also makes a much neater job.

Wiring

The red wire connects to 12 volts,

    Wiring:-
    • The red wire connects to 12 volts, preferably switched.

    • The black earth wire fits straight onto a convenient 6mm chassis bolt.

    • The blue wire(s) connects to the coil signal wires (ECU to coil).

    • The green and black pair connect to the toe-pedal or position sensor.
