Toe Pedal Quick-Shifter
Detailed
fitting instructions are supplied with all products and are
available on request via e-mail, fax or post.

The
sensor fits onto the gear lever replacing the original
toe pedal. The direction of the gearshift pattern can
be switched in seconds by rotating the sensor through
180 degrees.

|
The
sensor has a single black wire which connects to the control
box. A 6mm threaded hole is used to bolt the sensor to
the lever.
|
|
After
drilling a 6mm hole and counter boring, the countersink
screw cant be seen. The wire can then be tie wrapped or
bonded to the back of the lever arm.

|
|
|
Sensitivity
adjustment is made using a 1.5mm allen key(supplied).
Clockwise = increase sensitivity.
|
Spot
the wire! On a good installation the sensor wire can
be hard to find.

Box: Red LED simulates ignition cut.

Mounts
to flat surfaces using Velcro pads.

Having
few wires not only keeps it simple but also makes a much
neater job.

The
red wire connects to 12 volts,
Wiring:-

The
red wire connects to 12 volts, preferably switched.

The
black earth wire fits straight onto a convenient 6mm chassis
bolt.

The
blue wire(s) connects to the coil signal wires (ECU to coil).

The
green and black pair connect to the toe-pedal or position
sensor.
